$10,000.00 from a Donor Advised Fund
The library seeks to encourage independent learning and lifelong reading enjoyment. Library staff and volunteers work toward this end and have been extremely successful. The result is the need for a larger facility.
The grant will provide necessary funding to help in the purchase of a new library building.
The Boyertown Community library has a service area of about 16,000 people. An additional 17,000 library patrons live outside the designated service area. The library receives limited financial support from the service area and none from those living beyond.
