Now you can submit a Fund Workbook online to start a fund for Individuals or Organizations. Just download the appropriate Fund Workbook and save it on your computer. Open it at any time to complete the Fund Workbook, then use the "Submit" button to send the workbook electronically to the Lutheran Community Foundation. Workbooks may still be downloaded and completed by hand if you wish.

Notes:

  1. You must have an active internet connection to submit the Fund Workbook electronically.
  2. Fund Workbooks must be completed in a single sitting. You cannot save a partially-completed form for submission at a later time.
  3. You can print a copy of the fund workbook for your records, but personal data cannot be saved in the form itself.
  4. When you push the "Submit" button to send the workbook, it will open an e-mail to send a copy of the workbook to the Foundation. You may CC: yourself on the email to receive an electronic copy of the Fund Workbook.
