Beginning in October, three Twin Cities faith-based community foundations -- the Catholic, Jewish & Lutheran Community Foundations -- are embarking on a joint "Give With Faith" campaign. This campaign, which is a first of its kind collaboration in the U.S., targets a Minnesota audience. Give With Faith is designed to promote how faith-based community foundations can help donors be mindful and intentional with their giving. Working through faith, the Catholic, Jewish and Lutheran Community Foundations offer the same professional services as other community foundations. Individuals and families can set up a donor advised fund or family endowment, or make a gift that pays them a lifetime income -- all while supporting causes that reflect their values and build community.
The first phase of this campaign is dedicated to building awareness of giving opportunities available through these three faith foundations. During the months of October, November and December of 2007, the community will learn more about Give With Faith via magazine ads, radio ads and billboards, where they'll be directed to GiveWithFaith.org for additional information.
