The purpose of the Grant was to purchase an Automatic Chest Compression System for use by Cologne Fire & Rescue Department when they are called to assist a Cardiac arrest patient.
The Cologne Fire & Rescue Department serves a 53 square mile area. With about 3900 residents in four townships and the City of Cologne.
