I would like to share the joy that I have experienced over the past year. This year I have had the wonderful opportunity to learn about God's Word and the pastoral ministry here at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, MO. I have been able to learn from some amazing Lutheran scholars and make some lasting friendships with fellow seminarians.
I had the blessing of living on campus which has made it easier for me to share this experience with my wife, Nicole, and my 2-year-old son, Caleb. God has given me even more joy as my wife and I await the birth of our second child. My wife's due date is August 9th.
On top of all this, I just recently received news that the Lutheran Community Foundation and The Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of North Minneapolis Endowment Fund has selected me to receive a scholarship of $8,595.25 for the upcoming school year!
I am so grateful for this blessing and would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the donors and their generosity. I am looking forward to another year and plan to share my overflowing joy with those around me.
