THE TULARE COUNTY LUTHERAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMTHE TULARE COUNTY LUTHERAN SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

For Graduate & Professional Education

The Tulare County Lutheran Scholarship Program for Graduate and Professional Education was established to benefit Lutheran students who are residents of Tulare County, California. The scholarship program is made possible through a permanently endowed fund at the Lutheran Community Foundation, established by an anonymous donor. (There is also a Tulare scholarship for Undergraduates)

Through these scholarship awards, the donor wishes to endorse the optimism and success of today's youth, and intends these scholarships to provide educational opportunities to outstanding individuals who have demonstrated their abilities and their desire to explore the unlimited possibilities available to them. The donor also shares a belief in the faith and values inherent in and promoted by colleges and universities affiliated with the Lutheran Church. It is the donor's hope that recipients of this award similarly recognize such value, and that they, too, may one day be in a position to identify other students in need of educational scholarship assistance, also "passing it along" without carrying it as a debt to be repaid.

The Lutheran Community Foundation is an affiliation-based community foundation that operates nationally. The mission of the Foundation is to serve our donors with integrity, as together we changes lives and spread joy by sharing our blessings with the world.
